A slightly blury picture of my bleeding hearts

Sanna on her buckin' bronco

Yippee ky yi yay!

A lilac blossom from our lilac tree. It is a VERY old tree. When we were younger we would play in it down at my grandma and Grandpa's house. Then two years ago their woodshed that was right next to it burnt down and the lilac tree was fairly done for. So we transplanted it up to our house last year. (last year it didn't blossom-this year we had one blossom.)
It has been soooooo hot! (though I think you all already know that).
We have our care group picnic this Sunday-with lots of roast woodchuck. (lol) Yesterday Andrew saw one but it was far of so when he shot at it he missed...all well, it would't have kept in this heat anyway...hehehe....
We got our disc swing up a couple of days ago. For those who don't know it is the coolest swing ever. (last year the rope broke when Andrew was on it-just glad it wasn't me.:o) You bring the swing up to the huge root of the tree that it is attached to then jump on it and off you go-about 7ft. in the air. (more or less).
I should go enjoy this "nice" weather!
P.S. Dad has been home for a while and is fine. He was diagnosed with just a severe headache.
