Slacks, Cousins, Crazy People, and Playstations

Hello people!

Just got back from Old Navy and such...Soon the younger Efthimiou kids (Mikaela, Abram, Emma, Noah) will come up because there parents are in Hawaii again. So they're staying with my Dads parents right down the road.

The Slacks were supposed to move in today but they haven't been here yet. Probably becuase of the rain. (I really don't like rain-especially if its been going on for a week)

Last Silent Cry Mr. Jerror proposed a buisness offer to any eligiable teenagers. We were to stand in line at a Walmart and buy him a uhhh wachamacallit Playstation or something like that. He in turn would give us 100 bucks if we were able to get him one. There was a catch...we'd have to be there at noon on Thursday and wait in line till 12:01 a.m. where we just might-by chance-get one. That was the plan anyways...yesterday Mr. Jerror called and said that we'd have to get there at 8:00 a.m. instead of noon as he had just got news that there were already a few lines at several stores. Thats when I dropped out. Andrew was still going to go along with it though. Since Some of the Slacks were comeing later that evening we thought "well, Andrew can get a ride with them when they go back home". (Andrew was going to spend the night at the Efthimious). Well, around 8:30 my Mom called Mr. Slack and asked if Mrs. Slack was on the way. He said she had just left. At 9:30 Mr Jerror called and said that he'd been out driving and that there were lines of people EVERWHERE waiting outside in the cold trying to get a Playstation by the next night (Crazy people). When Mrs. Slack wasn't here at 10:00, we got a little worried. After trying to call her cell, she finnally got here at 10:45. They unloaded real fast, picked up Andrew and headed home. (poor Mrs. Slack-I doubt she got 5 hrs. of sleep last night.) What had happened, Mrs. Slack told my Mom, was that they had gotten stuck in Painted Post! They couldn't figure out that darn highway, and went in circles for at least half an hour till they finally stumbled on the right exit. It has changed so many times...in fact last tuesday when we had guitar/voice/drums/piano with Mrs. Rawliegh/PJ my Mom went to Wegmans to get some stuff. When she came back through an hour later the highway was different than when we had gone through the first time! Crazy...

Well, cousins are here...better go...
